The early registration deadline is April 29th, 2022. All registrations must be postmarked by May 26th, 2022.
Registrations postmarked after May 26th will not be processed.

Cancellation & Transfer Policies
Requests for cancellations and transfers should be submitted through the registration system under the Registration & Member Support section or emailed to the Executive Director (exec@aka1908.com) by June 8, 2022. Approvals for cancellations and transfers are at the sole discretion of the Executive Director. Transfer requests must be initiated by the registered member. Hotel reservations in the AKA room block must be canceled by registrant prior to event cancelation or transfer to virtual request approval. Hotel reservations in the AKA room block, all activities, and payments associated with a registration will transfer with any event transfer request. Due to price differences between members, this may result in a balance due which will need to be settled prior to June 8, 2022. A handling fee of $100 for soror registration and $50 for each guest, child, or youth registration will be assessed for cancellations. We will not be able to honor cancellation or transfer requests after June 8, 2022 due to planning commitments. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. Refund checks and/or kits & souvenirs for paid registrations will be forwarded to sorors upon the staff’s return to the Corporate Office following the conclusion of the Boule.
Other Registration Points
- Activities will be held at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.
- All registrations must be completed and received in the Corporate Office by May 26, 2022.
- Registrations postmarked or received after May 26, 2022, will not be processed.
- THERE WILL BE NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION!
- Personal checks will NOT be accepted.
- Money orders, cashier checks and chapter checks will be accepted.
- ONLY Visa, MasterCard and American Express will be accepted for credit card payments.
- The Corporate Office will not resubmit chapter checks returned from the bank or declined credit cards. These items should be assessed a $50 service charge and must be satisfied by May 26, 2022.
- Only one person's name may be submitted on each form provided. If additional copies of the registration form are needed, please feel free to duplicate.
- Seating for meal functions will be open on a first-come, first-served basis.
- YOU MUST HAVE TICKETS TO BE ADMITTED TO ALL EVENTS. LOST TICKETS WILL NOT BE REPLACED.
- Philacters will be checking photo badges for security purposes. Badges are to be worn by the registered attendee only. There will be a $50 fee to have a confiscated badge returned to you.
- Only financial sorors may participate in activities sponsored by the sorority. Per capita and/or reactivation fees must be received in the Corporate Office and postmarked by April 1, 2022 for a soror to be eligible to participate in the Boule.
- IF YOU HAVE NOT SUBMITTED YOUR 2022 PER CAPITA AND/OR COIP ASSESSMENT, PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A BOULE REGISTRATION FORM.
- New Members initiated between February 15 – May 26th will be allowed to mail forms at the early registration rate. Please indicate your initiation date in the space provided for financial card number if you have not received one. The deadline for new member registration is June 1st. New members initiated after May 26th will not be accepted.
