Housing General Information
Room rates shown below DO NOT INCLUDE 12.5% Hotel Room Tax Per Night (subject to change) without notice. All room requests will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
A one night non-refundable deposit is required in advance for each room reservation and can be made with a valid credit card.

Please note, you MUST be registered for the conference in order to make a room reservation. If you are not registered, your room may be cancelled and you will lose your deposit.
You are currently either NOT REGISTERED for 70th Boule or Housing is NOT AVAILABE at this time. If not registered, please register to view the housing reservation information. You will not be allowed to reserve hotel rooms until your registration is paid.
Following are the reservation guidelines:
All room requests will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. For best availability, it is recommended that housing is reserved online
The AKA room block is limited. Once all rooms in the block are reserve, AKA will not be able to procure additional rooms at other hotels. Registrants who have not reserved rooms prior to the AKA block selling out will be required to find their own accommodations outside of the AKA room block.
A one (1) night non-refundable deposit is required in advance for your room reservation and can be made with a valid credit card and your account may be charged immediately. It is not recommended to use a debit card for your hotel payment. If a debit card is a used, a hold may be placed on your debit card by the hotel for your entire stay, including tax, and estimated incidentals. A credit card is required for your hotel stay. No cashier checks, money orders or personal checks will be accepted. There is a one (1) room limit for all room reservations.
An acknowledgment will be sent to the guest with the hotel information, arrival and departure date. Changes/Cancellations may be made by online, by phone or email to the Housing Bureau. Please make changes/cancellations with the Conference Direct on or before June 9, 2022.
You will be charged an early check-out fee unless you advise the hotel at or before check-in, of any change in your planned length of stay.
Failure to arrive on your confirmed arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit of one-night’s charge. Also, this means your reservation may be canceled.
The AKA Housing Bureau must receive all reservation requests no later than June 9, 2022 at 4:00 pm EST. Starting June 15, 2022 all calls must go directly to your assigned hotel regarding any changes or cancellations.
CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS:
Changes and Cancellations deadline with Conference Direct is June 9, 2022, after these dates please contact the hotel directly.
If you transfer your registration to another AKA member, your hotel reservation will be transferred as well. The new AKA registrant will need to update the hotel reservation to their current name by contacting the AKA Contact Center at 866-756-4979 or 980-201-8778. If you cancel or transfer your Boule registration first, you may no longer have access to the hotel reservation.
If you are transferring your hotel reservation to another registered AKA member, you may handle that transfer by calling the AKA Contact Center at 866-756-4979 or 980-201-8778. Once you transfer your hotel reservation to another registered AKA member, you may no longer have access to that reservation.
In order to cancel in-person Boule registration, you must cancel your hotel reservation first. Any additional guests in this reservation will also be cancelled. Once your hotel reservation is cancelled, it will automatically be put back into inventory to sell to the next guest looking to book a reservation.
